Woolroom has announced the launch of its first dedicated line of all-natural premium bed frames
CHARLOTTE, NC, UNITED STATES, October 26, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Woolroom, a sleep and home textiles brand specializing in British wool, has announced the launch of its first dedicated line of all-natural premium bed frames, which will be benchmade from start to finish in Hickory, North Carolina using natural latex and wool in the upholstery fillings (rather than polyester or foam), as well as natural fabrics, chemical-free finishes and solid hardwood timber with natural grain strength to reduce warping or sagging.
The all-natural collection combines Woolroom’s enthusiasm for natural materials with the heritage craftsmanship of America’s historic furniture heartland.
For more than a century, Hickory has been celebrated as the “Furniture Capital of the United States” and is recognized worldwide for exceptional wooden furniture. Rooted in abundant hardwood resources and generations of master craftspeople, the region’s makers continue to blend time-honored woodworking expertise with precise modern processes, resulting in furniture that is both beautiful and built to last using natural timber, fillings, finishes and fabrics. Woolroom’s decision to build its frames in Hickory reflects a deliberate focus on quality and provenance.
“Introducing all-natural bed frames is such an exciting evolution of our mission,” said Chris Tattersall, Managing Director of Woolroom. “We’ve always believed that the healthiest, most comfortable sleep starts with the best natural materials, and that belief shouldn’t stop at the mattress. By partnering with crasftspeople in Hickory, we’re bringing our customers heirloom-level quality and maintaining the natural standards Woolroom is known for.”
Woolroom’s commitment to responsible, all-natural material choices is supported by recognized certifications, including a Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification, a Composite Panel Association (CPA) Formaldehyde Emissions Grademark Certification and an Appalachian Hardwood Verified Sustainable certification. Together, these standards reflect an emphasis on verified sourcing and mindful manufacturing.
The all-natural lineup will feature three distinct designs at launch: Grace, Victoria, and Charlotte.
Grace is a versatile, upholstered bed with a lighter, more classic feel, featuring tapered legs, headboard tufting, and two hardwood leg options. Designed to offer broad appeal across interiors, Grace is the only bed in the collection available in Twin and Full sizes. It is also available in two headboard heights.
Victoria offers a solid wood-forward aesthetic with a touch of upholstery refinement. It features inset natural upholstery in either lighter White Oak or darker-stained Ash and is available in two headboard and footboard heights.
Charlotte is a sculptural statement piece with a rounded form and plinth base. As the most tactile and design-forward all-natural option, Charlotte is offered in light and dark shearling, as well as a range of alternative fabrics. This model is also available in two headboard heights.
Across the collection, customers can choose from 15 different natural fabrics, including Performance Linen, 100% French Linen, British Wool, and Wool Bouclé upholstery options, with Shearling reserved exclusively for Charlotte. Each fabric has been selected for beauty, comfort, and long-term wear, aligning with Woolroom’s focus on natural materials chosen for how they age and perform over time.
Woolroom bed frames will be delivered using Deliverite for a flat fee of $249, not including individual product pricing. The white-glove delivery service includes real-time order tracking, a pre-delivery inspection with build and photographs to help ensure no missing parts or damage, a pre-delivery call to confirm timing, delivery to a room of the buyer’s choice, unpacking in-room, debris removal, and digital proof of delivery. Delivery time is expected to be approximately six to eight weeks depending on fabric type and availability.
